Solicitors Fees & Pricing Structures for Alcohol Related Cases

We firmly believe that the service levels and meticulous preparation of cases at Olliers is second to none. However we appreciate that some clients wish to be more engaged in their case, particularly when the consequences of a conviction may be severe. Some clients also wish to have a case review before deciding to fully commit.

With this in mind, we have developed two pricing packages (standard & Deluxe) for you to choose from should you wish to defend your case.

The Investigation Service:

A fixed fee of £1000 + VAT including an advocate’s attendance with you at court

If you have read the information on our site about the offence for which you have been charged, you will be aware that we offer an investigation service for some offences.

As part of the investigation, we endeavour to:

  • Thoroughly review whatever evidence we are able to obtain;
  • Take a full and detailed statement from you;
  • Possibly seek an expert or barrister’s opinion about your case;
  • Liaise with the court / CPS on your behalf if / when necessary; and
  • Provide you with our full advice about the merits of your case.

Many people prefer to have their case investigated before they decide what to do as they are able to make a much more informed decision in respect of their plea if a defence is not immediately identified.

The amount of work we conduct during this stage will likely exceed the prices quoted above however we impose such caps for your own assurance. This will allow you to obtain a full opinion on your case without any hidden costs.
